Westport Food Festival are delighted to announce the lineup of chefs for The Banquet - A Celebration of Mayo Food. The showpiece event of the 2016 Food Festival takes place on Friday June 24th in Hotel Westport.

 

The Banquet is set to be a superb evening with a truly outstanding menu celebrating all that’s great and good in local food. Local chefs will team up with local artisan producers to showcase the very best ingredients and local produce on offer.

 

We have put together a team of some of the best chefs in Westport as they look to combine their talents and put on a grand feast. The team of chefs include:

  • Stephen Fitzmaurice - Head Chef, Hotel Westport

  • Jose Barroso - Head Chef, Sol Rio Restaurant

  • Áine Maguire - Head Chef, The Idle Wall

  • Myles O'Brien - Head Chef, The Tavern Murrisk

  • Kevin Stirzaker - Head Chef, O'Malleys Bar & Restaurant
